The Grande Whisky Museum (TGWM) elevates the exhilaration of Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS) with the launch of SPEED FOR FUN. With GPSS being a focal point of Singapore’s annual calendar, the event promises to enhance the overall race season experience, drawing racing enthusiasts and whisky connoisseurs alike.
TGWM is an experiential whisky collective housing an exclusive collection of over 7,000 rare and vintage whisky bottles on public display – the first of its kind in Asia. From 8 – 17 September 2023, SPEED FOR FUN will be held at TGWM at Suntec City from 11am – 11pm, inviting visitors to participate in an array of exclusive activities.
Racing Simulator featuring Singapore Night Race track
For thrill-seekers and car enthusiasts, the SIMFAI Solutions MPRS Racing Simulator offers an electrifying virtual experience that fulfills their need for speed. This adrenaline-fueled adventure simulates the real-life sensation of driving a racing car. Moreover, participants in SPEED FOR FUN have the exciting opportunity to win thrilling prizes, with the top five racers securing their chances at victory.
Supercar Showcase
As part of TGWM’s partnership with Scuderia FSG, the Supercar Club in Singapore, the Supercar Showcase on 8, 9 and 15 September will see an awe-inspiring fleet of luxury supercars will on full display at TGWM’s outdoor area, facing Suntec City’s Fountain of Wealth. Motoring enthusiasts will have the rare opportunity to get up close and personal with an array of prestigious brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, McLaren, Pagani, and RUF. This visual spectacle embodies true artistry and luxury, showcasing the pinnacle of automotive excellence.
Walk-about Whisky Museum Tour
The TGWM Walk-About Tour presents an opportunity for both connoisseurs and curious novices to learn about the fascinating history and story of various types of whiskies. Ticket holders will also be taken on a journey through a range of notable distilleries and whisky producing regions of the world, from Scotland to the Highlands of Islay and Japan. The selection of eight includes Sheares, Connaught, Promenade, SuperCar, Paddock, Padang, Orange & Empress, and Stamford.
