(one-time) (only available as add on contract to Public Relations Service (one-time project) S$2,000 for up to 50 attendees

Includes:

• Conceptualisation of media invitation angle
• Crafting and copywriting of 1 media invitation
• Dissemination of media invitation to 3,000 Singapore media contacts (influencers included)
• Follow up with media RSVPs
• Information compilation and writing of emcee script (if any)
• Basic set up of event venue/set up of webinar for media event (if online)
• Hosting of media at on-site/online event
• Event co-ordination prior to event to ensure smooth planning among vendors, partners, event personnel involved
• Facilitation of media event on day of event
• Post-event follow up and closure
• Out-of-pocket charges/third party costs excluded
