As part of the ENCE team of marketing professionals, we proudly profess that we are able to integrate marketing know how with efficient events management to ensure that your event presents your brand holistically, in the right manner to the right audience. Our Event Management Team is made up of people with integrity and influence, through which we attain the respect and trust of our partners and brands we work with.

Angela integrates clients requirements with PR strategies laid out for clients and oversees their seamless implementation. For what is a strategy with no execution? Having been in the pioneer team to kick start the marketing for lifestyle brands(Nakamichi, Oregon Scientific, General Electric, Whirlpool) in a SEA during her brand management days, Angela today is happily engaged with clients to create positive public perceptions for their brands.

Angela has 16 years of marketing and 7 years of PR experience, and gladly shares her wealth of knowledge with clients and their teams. Angela is a BBA graduate of the NUS Business School and also a current serving director in the Business School Alumni (NUSBSA), heading the marketing development team.

Maria’s core passion lies with people. With more than 10 years of experience in the corporate events and services arena, Maria has developed a strong passion for the service industry. Maria has taken on several business development and marketing roles, on both local and regional levels.

She has worked with outsourced events and training management agencies like Evolution Werks and was a General Manager at Knowledge Connection. She was also regional channel manager for Sage Software Asia. Prior to joining Affluence, Maria was in the Retail Distribution sector in Zada Stationery, the sole product distributor of Platinum Japan writing instruments in Southeast Asia, and gained direct consumer marketing and retail experience from that. Maria holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).​

Melody found her calling in media management after an illustrious career in the public relations and marketing industries. Now, she marries her passion and core competencies into helping organisations with their PR & Marketing efforts in the fields of health, wellness, sports, fitness and nutrition.

Melody kick started her PR & Marketing career in Singapore and has worked for Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen, Orrefors Kosta Boda and the Tung Lok Group (where she handled the group’s marketing, communications, advertising and promotions for a number of years). She left to work as an independent freelance consultant, with 3 years in the US. Her partners and clientele are companies in the Food & Beverage industry as well as those focused on health such as doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, sports psychologists, mindfulness trainers, personal trainers, online organic grocers, local health food providers, gym owners and yoga, fitness brands. She was featured in a front page story on freelancers in the ‘The Sunday Times Life!’ in December 2015. Melody was on the Dean’s List when pursuing her Degree in Business Communications from the University of British Columbia. ​

Andrea has more than 3 years of communications experience in the private sector. Upon completing her GCE “O” Levels, she has steered the course of her studies to bring her to where she is today; a communications professional.

Andrea graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Business specialising in business communications, before expanding her academic portfolio at the University at Buffalo. Her passion for public relations and its full work is what drives her every day. Having had a hand in the business-to-business industry as a Senior Account Executive, she joined ENCE Marketing Group to expand her knowledge and skills in the business-to-consumer arena. Andrea gains satisfaction in her career from every media coverage attained, return on investments achieved for her clients, and of course, the dynamic team she works with and learns from.​

Fateha started out as an intern with a publisher, and was offered a full-time role to help manage and co-ordinate the work require to send the magazines to print. She took on writing for editorial content, blogs, social media, press management and even event management.

During her tenure at Colour Symphony, she also liaised with advertisers and sponsors to find mutually winning strategies for both the advertisers and her magazines. Fateha’s attention to detail and passion for writing makes her an ideal client servicing executive. In Affluence PR, she oversees client work planning delivery as well as their media management aspects in order to help them elevate their brands through media recommendations. Fateha holds a Diploma in Communication & Information Design from the Republic Polytechnic.​

As a long-running Communications major, Sharmaine is enamoured of our language’s arbitrary qualities and how it is learnt. She has experience in copy-writing, editorial writing and online writing, and relishes placing her passion of writing into action.

It continues to spur her on in her writing career while she hones her skills in similar fields of work – she has her hand in the media industry with design, videography and photography experience. Intrigued by the intrinsic value of life, she derives fulfillment and enjoyment from creation, exploration and liberation. This extends to areas well beyond the written word to include her other vested interests. With her voracious appetite for learning, she intends to pursue and consume knowledge at a higher level.

With her knack for words and an eye for beauty, Jing Ru has been actively involved in managing and executing many projects for close to five years mostly in the Creative Industries and Lifestyle sectors. As such, she is confident in offering a global perspective with a local context in her work.

An avid supporter of good causes, she is a dynamic and passionate individual who dares to dream and seize each day. She loves working on local and international projects, where she gets to connect with like-minded professionals both locally and abroad. As a proactive individual, Jing Ru is always looking for new opportunities to test her capabilities and gain new experience. Colleagues and friends know Jing Ru as highly charismatic and energetic, and enjoys working with a diverse group of people who intrigue and inspire her. She can (and often does) work well independently, but she is at her best collaborating with others. As she goes through that collaborative process, ideas start to flow and that is always the fun part. With a strong empathy for others, Jing Ru also likes to encourage and support everyone around her.​

Kelly has a tremendous zest for life and love for the written word, with experience in many types of writing which includes pieces for blogs and magazines, advertising copywriting, and corporate publications.

She is constantly curious, quick to learn, and never one to shy away from new challenges. She also has past experience in corporate communications, media relations, issues management and event management. She previously worked at the National Library Board and MINDEF. She holds a BA in English Literature and Communications & New Media, 2nd Upper Honours, from the National University of Singapore.

Say Hua has always been inclined towards the English language but a spark was ignited during her undergraduate years as an English major. The rigour of academic writing, critical analysis, and in-depth research, not only in Literature, but also in other modules in Communications and Sociology, moulded her into a razor-sharp thinker, writer and communicator.

Her internship as a Copywriter at an up-and-coming UX and UI design agency opened her eyes to even more forms of writing such as UX writing, web copy, marketing copy, case studies, blog articles and SEO writing. This was also where she created content for clients in the Property, Insurance and Digital Design industry. Being actively involved in the arts scene, she views writing as a craft that requires constant practice, mental agility and endless creativity to be able to communicate ideas clearly.

Elly is a very energetic and motivated person in which her current expertise stems from her experiences involving administrative, customer support, and secretarial duties. In fact, her experiences had been gathered by working for companies such as Media Village, AR+D Architect, PT.Gyann Indonesia, and PT.Berca.

Elly is recognized to be a great administrator and an assistant to executives, she executes her job in these fields without fail and is an integral part of the administration thanks to her skills. Her versatility enables her to learn tasks quickly and effectively, moreover, she is a very detail-oriented person. Elly is a Bachelor of Economics holder from the Atma Jaya Catholic University.

Anna is quite the experienced trainer and an effective communicator. She has garnered almost five years of experience in the fields of communication, quality control, and staff training. Most of the work involved heavy management of junior staff, task delegation, and being one of the evaluators for a company.

With her experience, she is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and the drive towards pushing a company for success. She achieves these through a passion for communication & a comprehensive skillset for management. Not to mention the fact that she is also a team player and is a very flexible member at that. Anna holds a degree of Bachelor of Science – Information Technology from the Arellano University – Philippines.
