Coconut milk-free dishes that are light on the waistline but still heavy in flavour
Authentic North and South Indian dishes paired with alcohol for the festive season
As an alternative to typical festive feasts, Curry Gardenn at Dine At Stevens welcomes guests to dig in to their authentic North and South Indian dishes that are lighter, healthier, and more palatable. There’s no need to hold back as you indulge in the homey and heartwarming Indian fare in a restaurant setting, with special discounts on alcohol in holiday cheer!
At the forefront of the burgeoning health trend is Curry Gardenn who has made it their mission to serve cleaner food that are not spiked with coconut milk, MSG, or preservatives. A fragrant blend of grains and nuts is used in place of coconut milk due to its similar consistency. Together with Owner Udaya’s secret mix of spices that is a staple in all of their recipes, the dishes remain colourful and packed with flavour – without the excess fat, cholesterol and calories.
Under Udaya’s culinary guidance, the man in charge of the wholesome food is Head Chef Mr. Harish who hails from Udupi, a small continent in Karnakata that is a foodie’s paradise brimming with restaurants. With his 21 years of experience in Mangalorean cuisine, he whips up Curry Gardenn’s many signatures which include the rich and luscious Fish Head Curry (approximately 800g full Snapper fish head) cooked in a clay pot and presented to customers directly from the stove, Drums of Heaven (tender, fragrant, melt-in-your-mouth chicken, marinated with a secret in-house recipe featuring a garlic coating) and the crispy Onion Pakoda, a fried snack that will have you reaching for a beer or two!
