Come and uncover the fundamentals of how the space of a restaurant is thoughtfully designed for customers to eat and EAT – be Entertained, be Absorbed, and be Tantalised.
Every detail in the design of a restaurant has significance to achieve these aims, from the placement of the entrance to the colour theme of the space, and the choice of lighting – no detail is too small!
Mr Alan Fan, Executive Director and Design Director from multi-award winning design firm, TOPOS Architects, will walk participants through the intricacies of designing a restaurant that will be sure to succeed in Singapore’s competitive F&B landscape, in the eyes of both the business and the patrons.
Alan will demonstrate how the establishment need not be a vast space and can flourish no matter what the shape and size of the space – as long as the outlet is designed with the appetising principles of EAT in mind.
