Straits cuisine takes a twist with Casa Bom Vento. Started by his mother and now helmed by Chef Lionel Chee, he shares his passion for the exquisite Dutch-Indo Eurasian and Peranakan cuisines through his special Tok Panjang (Long Table meal), which we asked him to focus on. The Tok Panjang is a traditional Asian meal setting for large family gatherings and camaraderie.
